Run Info
I stayed well within my goal pace for this run, only having to stop once to take my sweatpants off. I convinced Erin to bike with me for the company, as well as to hold clothes and food in a backpack. Having someone bike with me really keeps me moving without having to worry about how another runner is feeling. All in all this was a great run with great weather, although Erin was freezing the whole time on the bike.
113030 minutes on the climbing board
Not much to tell, my forearms, biceps, and triceps definately felt it. Of course, they feel it every time I get on the board. I sent the problem I made on the front of the house, moving from the ground to the window ledge, then to the roof. I named it "The Roof is on Fire"!
Other Stuff
Getting more excited about the fundraiser this Saturday! I have to get stuff to make signs, as well as come up with everything else I want to do out there. I also need to recruit a few more people to help out.
Goin' Christmas shopping with Ian tomorrow, and still need to figure out exactly what I'm getting.
Glad you had a good run too Raquel!
Next stop, Big D :)
