Ride Info
Took mostly backroads out of Mesquite and into Sunnyvale. I didn't realize I was so close to Lake Ray Hubbard until I came up over a hill and saw it about 100 yards away. My heart rate didn't get as high as I wanted, but my quads and calves were on fire. On the way back, I was on a road lined with trees that were raining brown leaves everywhere as I biked down it. That was pretty cool. Overall, I was happy with the distance and felt good and hungry when I was done. I made myself a turkey and egg sandwich when I got home...delicious!

Ab workout
Did some bicycles, flutter-kicks, leg lifts, crunches, and a few others. My stomach was tight when I finished, so that was good enough for me.
Other Stuff
I'm not sure what I'm going to do for the rest of the evening. Since classes ended, everythings just kind of stopped, and it's hard to get used to. I'm still raising money and training, but that doesn't take all day. I need to come up with something that'll last me through the holiday.

Awesome ride. Longer than i have gone so far. I need to start working on my abs too, got any good workouts? I was also wondering if you had any weight lifting tips. I have never really lifted weights, and i really don't like it too much. Anyways, my dad says he was glad to be able to help you with your Team in Training. The history test went aright i will let you know how i did next monday when they post grades.
