15 minutes of Yoga!
Wow, this was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I mean it wasn't devastating or anything, but definately harder than it looks. I have a new found respect for people who do Yoga on a regular basis.

45 minutes of weight lifting
I worked on chest, arms, and upper-back. Felt good to lift with the JROTC kids at the high school. I was able to stay fairly conservative on the weight, so I don't end up too sore tomorrow. At least it felt light compared to what 1SG Knowlton was lifting. I did pull-ups at home for my back.

Run Info
The run was pretty comfortable, and I think Kristen and I both wanted it that way after Sunday. We did one of the normal routes we used to do last year (school year). It rained for a few minutes during the middle of the run, after Kristen dropped off some make-up work for a student of hers.
Other Stuff
Sometimes I feel like I have to prove to myself that I have more energy than anyone else my age, despite having had cancer. For example, having a hard bike ride last night, deciding not to sleep, then doing all this physical activity today along with all the other daily activities. I'm so exhuasted I can barely keep my eyes open. I biked around town to run all my errands today. For someone who's trying to be serious about their training I sure make some bonehead decisions! Well at least I'm still young enough to make them, right?
