0800
Lifted weights for 50 minutes
worked on biceps(preacher curls, hammer curls), triceps(kick-backs, european curls), dips, and abs on a swiss ball. Every exercise was done in three pyramid sets.
1110
15 minutes of abs
Our first activity day in my running class was a little harder than I anticipated. Mrs. B showed us the neutral position, and wore us all out. She was pretty adamant about making sure all of us got flat stomachs for Spring Break, which I thought was kinda funny.
1430
Eliptical for 25 minutes
205 strides per minute
Went with my buddy Steven and the conversation made it go by much faster. A girl next to us even started commenting on how fast we were going, which made us feel pretty good about ourselves.
1500
Bouldering at the rock wall for 1 hr
Also climbing with Steven. Turned out to be pretty fun. The guy that runs TAMU Outdoors was there and asked, "Is your name Chris?" I said yeah, and he told me he saw my room climbing video. After we talked for a bit, he told me he had a couple run-ins with cancer too. It was a neat coincidence that he saw that video.
Other Stuff
Feeling pretty sore in my quads, and think it's from those sprints yesterday. I've got to make myself do more swimming and water running for a while. The pool is always the last thing I want to do so it's going to be a challenge.

You have a wide variety of exercise listed. I understand the dreading of the pool. When I was injured and could not run I despised having to go to the pool and do pool running, but now it is a nice break. Besides the pool running once a week, and running, I usually get one to two days of lifting and that is it.
did you go running with my husby!!
