Finished mignight yell for parent's weekend and decided I wasn't tired enought for bed. I needed to do my long weekend run anyways, and was planning on doing it early Saturday morning. So by 0330 I was dressed in wet weather gear since it had been rainy all evening and getting colder by the hour. Overall the run went pretty well and I made a better time than I had planned.
When I got to Research Park I didn't notice this possum until I got right up on it. It scared the crap out of me, mostly because I thought it was a skunk at first. Afterwards, I just laughed thinking about last semester when I got my shoe sprayed by one on a campus run. By the time I finished the wind had to have been 15mph and it was about 50 degrees out. Then I came back and slept in my room for a couple hours before getting up to get ready for our outfit awards lunch.
