6 Miles at 9:07 Pace
(15 for the week)
(15 for the week)
I went out again tonight to stay on top of my weekly mileage goal (25). Once again, it went pretty well. I wasn't nearly as fast as yesterday, but it felt good. The weather was cool again from the "cold front" that's moving through DFW.

I finished my run about 1/2 mile from the house and decided to walk/lunge the rest of the way back. It was then that I noticed I had accidentally worn matching running gear. I know it's lame, but I was thought it was awesome (maybe just the endorphins making me loopy)! I had my brothers red Army reflective belt with black and gray shorts that I got at the Rock and Roll Phoenix Marathon. I was carrying my black, red and gray Ultimate Direction water bottle too.
On another note, I'm selling my K2 road bike on Craig's List if anyone is interested. I don't use it nearly as much as my Giant FCR4 so I'm getting rid of it. Plus, I could always use the cash!
Hope everyone else's running has been going well this week!!!

Nice job on the training and the matching gear. My wife will not let me leave the house unless I am coordinated properly. I think I sneak out every once in awhile without matching gear.
I think I'm officially heat trained. I keep the house at 80 with ceiling fans and it's cold to me. My wife turns it down to 72 and I freezing. I'm not a fan of cold weather but this stuff is out of hand.
Is that one of the bikes you have already sold? Do you have any more you want to sell?
If you want the recipe for the bread, I can email it to you. It's pretty easy to make, and a lot of fun too.
Are you getting a sport's pass for the fall?
