Lifted weights for 1 hour
Bench press, curls, forward arm raises, lat pull downs, abs, dips
I was a little tired afterwards because I haven't done any weight lifting for about three months. It's part of my new kinesiology class Fitness and Conditioning where I lift on Tuesdays and run Thursdays.

Bouldering at the rock wall for 1 hour
Super excited to be climbing at the rec again. I did my skills check and got right too it. I haven't lost much strength, but the holds were tearing up my hands more than usual. I don't know if it's because they are new holds, or my hands just lost some of their roughness over the break. In any case, I sent all of the V0, V1, and V1+ problems today.
1730
Jogged for 30 minutes
Unit run around campus to gauge everyones fitness levels after coming back from the break. Of course there were a couple that fell out of the run because they were couch potatoes during the holidays. They'll get back into the routine soon though.
Other Stuff
Had lunch with Julie today to show off my race jersey and medal, and to just catch up. I feel like we're sort of forming a bond now because of all the problems she's been having with illness. We can really relate with each other on that subject. Well anyway, she wants to get more into running with the permission of her doc soon, so that's a good sign! Check my post on Running Tales to find out what gets me going. Now it's time for a shower and some green tea with the help of my new microwave!

I used to rock-climb at the indoor wall back 5 years ago and loved it. I even tried a real thing a couple of times, but discovered I have a fear of heights. Then in the climbing gym someone made a bad remark how I am not real...and I quit. Too bad for me. My husband returned to it now that we're in OR, may be I will one day too...
