So I've been slacking on my "diet", which was initially just me telling myself I wasn't going to eat so much junk food. Now I am seriously going to cut it out. No more coffee either. Besides being bad for me, I spend way too much money on it. I'm going to try my hardest to create that "calorie deficit" I'm always hearing about. I've been doing great keeping up with running and exercise but that's only %50 of it. My body isn't going to change without serious changes to my diet.
Now I know what you may be thinking, but I'm not very self-conscious, or worried about impressing people with my body. However, If I want to meet my longer term goals of running 50 mile, 100K, and 100 mile ultra marathons, I have to commit to big lifestyle changes. Running has made its way to the top of the list of things that are most important to me, evident by the simple fact that anyone who has run further than a marathon distance must be really into it. Haha! If I really want to stand up to those physical challenges, I have to wake-up and realize that there are thing I've got to give up.Well that's it I guess. Just wanted to inform everyone of my "resolutions". I'll let everyone know in a couple months if I've been successful. Wish me luck!
